IF YOU DO NOT WRITE IN ENGLISH, DO NOT FRIEND ME ON LJ. I ONLY FRIEND PEOPLE WHOSE JOURNALS I CAN READ AND UNDERSTAND. SORRY.
This is who I am right now. I'm a traveling woman growing up with the world. I don't stay in one place for very long. Since I left home four years ago, I've traveled thousands and thousands of miles to hear music, meet people and learn about humanity. I grew up in Louisville, KY. Then I moved to Oberlin, OH to find some direction. When I was ready to go back to school, I enrolled at the University of Cincinnati where I received a bachelors degree in Asian Studies. During my time as a UC student, I did two study abroads on full scholarship. One took me to Japan for a year and the other took me to Dubai for four months. After I graduated from UC, I moved to Chicago to live with my man and save money for traveling. One of my very best friends, Conor and I are living in teaching in Tokyo, Japan.
I've been spinning fire for two years. I started dicking around with lights three years ago and then switched to fire. I love fire spinning. It's such a huge part of my life and I talk about it all the time on this journal.
I feel the warmth of the colors of the rainbow, I feel every spectrum of emotion. I love the color pink because it's warm like a big hug. I'm happy and I want to share my happiness with everyone.
I also do fire poi and fire fans. I can eat fire and do transfers although I don't like to ^^ I'm planning on taking up palm torches, flagging and contact staff! I just need money to buy new equipment since I suck at making my own!
